What does our commitment to equal opportunities mean in practice?


All our staff will

  • ensure that our learners have an equal opportunity to access learning

  • ensure that everyone’s experience is a positive one in relation to age, gender, race, sexual orientation, disability, family origin, family circumstances or any other factor

  • ensure that all of our buildings will be accessible and that our publicity materials will reflect the diversity of our learners

  • provide Information, Advice and Guidance on your progress throughout your course

  • listen to what you say about our facilities and our courses through learner satisfaction surveys and course evaluations and will take appropriate action.

  • investigate any report or complaint of bullying and harassment.

  • If you feel that we are not living up to any of these commitments please let us know as soon as possible so that we can do something about it.
