The Level 3 Diploma in Business is a 60 credit Ofqual Regulated Qualification equivalent to an A Level or Access to HE qualification.
The program is tailored for learners who wish to progress to a business or management degree, accommodating those who may lack the traditional entry requirements.
Upon completion of this qualification, learners have the opportunity to pursue a range of Bachelor’s Degrees at our partner universities.
This qualification offers learners a foundational understanding of the business environment, along with essential academic, research, and communication skills, serving to bolster their overall development.

For those whom English is not their first language we recommend the following standards of proficiency in English language skills or an approved equivalent for this qualification:

In this unit learners will gain knowledge and understanding of the environment in which organisations operate. This will support understanding of the different and often complex contexts in which organisations function.
This unit will provide an overview of key aspects of business. Learners will develop knowledge and understanding of business objectives and structure, customer service, and resource requirements.
To develop knowledge, skills and understanding of communication theory and the importance of effective communication in business.
Learners will gain knowledge and understanding of teams and team roles. There is also an opportunity for learners to develop their own employability skills.
Learners will apply the principles to complete a market research project. They will also develop their research skills by applying these to the completion of the chosen market research project.
